Hi MommyJ, I would like to apply for *Business Development Executive* position. Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Individual to join our team at MommyJ Baby Healthy Food. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, premium grocers, pharmacies, and other key sales channels. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage sales-related issues, achieve targets, and stay attuned to the competitive landscape in the baby food industry. Key Responsibilities: I. Order Management: - Manage and settle orders from all sales account. - Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment to meet demands. - Address and resolve sales-related issues promptly and effectively. II. Market Development: - Maintain and grow existing markets while actively exploring new opportunities for product expansion. III. Relationship Management: - Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with all sales accounts to ensure continued collaboration and business growth. IV. Sales Target Achievement: - Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - Monitor and drive performance to achieve set sales goals. V. Sales Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare and present monthly sales reports to Management. - Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. VI. Event and Expo Participation: - Ensure active participation in events and expos to promote products and engage with potential customers, as well as any potential sales channels. VII. Sales Issue Resolution: - Address and resolve pre-sales and post-sales issues for all sales accounts, including end customers, ensuring customer satisfaction. VIII. Payment Follow-Up: - Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from all sales channels to ensure timely and accurate settlement. IX. Logistics and Delivery Coordination: - Liaise with transporters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, resolving any related issues as they arise. X. Market Sensitivity and Competitor Analysis: - Stay informed about market trends and developments in the baby food industry. XI. Administrative and Ad Hoc Duties: - Prepare and maintain all sales-related reports and documentation. - Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management. XI. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and event team to ensure cohesive operations. - Foster a collaborative environment and contribute to team goals. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the baby food or FMCG industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
